Right inside of the factory in Naples the Training Centre was created, where Kimbo experts share their experience, their culture and their secrets to allow real professionals in the art of coffee to be made, those who understand blends and become masters in the preparation technique. So that enjoying a cup of Kimbo coffee when you are not at home is always a great pleasure, wherever you are in the world.

The perfect espresso

How should the perfect espresso be? It should be creamy and hazelnut coloured, it must have an intense fragrance with flowery, fruity, toasty and chocolate features. The taste must be strong and smooth. The bitterness and sweetness must be well balanced.
There are many secrets for obtaining this. The first is an expert blend from various origins, for the balance between sweetness, aroma, body and intensity. Every day, according to the blend, the barista regulates the right grinding of the coffee. The quantity for a perfect blend is 7 grams for an excellent cup of Italian espresso, with the right pressure and temperature of the water. The quality and maintenance of the coffee machine are also fundamental. However the final touch is always given by the hand of the barista, the art which with experience and passion he is able to create a perfect harmony among all the elements.
