Espresso

Serveware
Warmed Espresso Cup (2 oz)*

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo Espresso

Preparation
Place a 7g + shot of coffee into a single basket handle. Coffee should be tamped hard. Hitting the side of the handle with your tamper helps getting coffee from the edges to the center of it. Tamp it again and then gently wipe away any loose grind from the rim. Place the handle in the group head and press the single shot button.
Done correctly, your espresso should extract for 25 - 30 seconds and give you around 25ml of coffee. Crema should have a nut brown color with shades of tawny brown and very fine texture.

* warm your cups with a splash of hot water

Espresso with a dash of milk

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo Espresso
Steamed milk

Preparation

For the steamed milk, poor cold, fresh and referably whole milk in a jug. Turn the steamer on, positioning the jug in a way milk will spin (see cappuccino recipe). Poor a splash of foam into the cup or use a spoon.

Expresso with chantilly cream

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo Espresso
Whipped Cream

Preparation
Place a 7g+ shot of coffee into a single basket handle. Coffee should be tamped hard. Hitting the side of the handle with your tamper helps getting coffee from the edges to the center of it. Tamp it again and then gently wipe away any loose grind from the rim. Place the handle in the group head and press the single shot button.
Add whipped cream as you like.

Double Espresso

Double Espresso

Warmed Double Espresso Cup (5 oz)*

Ingredients
2 shot of Kimbo Espresso

Preparation
Place a 14g+ shot of coffee into a double basket handle. Coffee should be tamped hard. Hitting the side of the handle with your tamper helps getting coffee from the edges to the center of it.
Tamp it again and then gently wipe away any loose grind from the rim.
Place the andle in the group head and press the double shot button.
Done correctly, your espresso should extract for 25 - 30 seconds and give you around 50 ml of coffee.
Crema should have a nice caramel color.

Cappuccino

Serveware
Warmed small cappuccino cup (5 oz)
(same as double espresso cup)
Warmed regular cappuccino cup (10 oz)

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo espresso (small)
2 shots of Kimbo espresso (reg)
Steamed milk

Preparation
Prepare espresso shots in the appropriate cups, according to the size. Pour cold, fresh and preferably whole milk in a jug. Turn the steamer on, positioning the jug in a way milk will spin. Remember to check the temperature, positioning your hand on the side of the jug. Positioning the steamer close to the surface will allow air to go in and create foam, making it double its initial size. Turn the steamer off when the jug is too hot to touch (60°C).
Get rid off any bubbles by banging the jug on a table/bar, then spin the milk to make it shiny and consistent. Poor the steamed milk, dropping the front of the jug quickly to get the foam out.Foam should be 1.5cm + thick.

Milk with a dash of coffee

Serveware
Latte Glass (11 oz)

Ingredients
Kimbo Espres 1 shot
Steamed milk

Preparation
When the milk is ready, pour it into a tall ‘Latte’ glass. Use a spoon to separate a little bit of the ‘dry’ foam while pouring and add it on top. Take the hot Espresso and use approximately half a shot. Pour it carefully in the middle of the cup.

Zubereitung
Erhitzen Sie die Milch ohne sie zu schäumen; machen Sie Espresso in einer großen Tasse; leeren Sie die Milch direkt in die Mitte der Tasse.

Caffè Mocha

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo Espresso
Steamed milk
Chocolate topping
Whipped cream

Preparation
Place a portion of chocolate syrup onto the bottom of tall glass cup. Add an espresso shot then pour the steamed milk and at the end place a generous amount of cold cream on top. Sprinkle with grounded chocolate for decoration and nice finish.

Hot Caramel Cappuccino

Serveware
Small cappuccino glass or cup (5 oz)

Ingredients
1 shot of Kimbo Espresso
Steamed milk
Caramel topping

Preparation
Add caramel topping in the bottom of the cup. Then add 1 single shot of Kimbo Espresso on top. Top it up with steamed
milk as you would do for a cappuccino, steaming cold, fresh and whole milk into a
dense and shiny froth.

Hot Chocolate Cappuccino

Small cappuccino glass or cup (5 oz)

Steamed milk
Chocolate topping

Preparation
Add chocolate topping in the bottom of the cup. Then add 1 single shot of Kimbo Espresso on top. Top it up with steamed
milk as you would do for a cappuccino, steaming cold, fresh and whole milk into a
dense and shiny froth.

Chocolate Pleasure

Hot milk
Whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles
Chocolate topping

Preparation
Place some chocolate topping onto the bottom of the glass, and prepare a single shot espresso on top. Add some hot and creamy milk, but don’t fill it up, leave some space (1cm) for the whipped cream.
Place a generous amount of cold whipped ream on top of all, followed by some chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Nut Pleasure

Hazelnut topping
Ground Nuts

Preparation
Place some hazelnut topping onto the bottom of the glass, and prepare a single shot espresso on top. Add some hot and creamy milk, but don’t fill it up, leave some space (1cm) for the whipped cream.
Place a generous amount of cold whipped cream on top of all, followed by some ground nuts of your preference for
decoration.
