Kimbo takes part in Sigep 2017 Edition, from 21st to 25th of January.

Kimbo represents an important player ​in the italian coffee ​scenario, ​especially concerning the Neapolitan espresso.
The special Kimbo booth 015 in pavillion A.2 offers different services and ​a huge variety of products for ​the bar.

​In this occasion, Kimbo will also feature ​some special events as coffee tasting, entertainment and educational moments.
In order to accommodate consumers’ needs and ​meet ​different tastes and trands, Kimbo presents 15 exclusive blends, for example: Kimbo Elite is the top quality product and it is available in three different types, 100% Arabic Top Selection, Limited Edition and Gran Gourmet, Linea Espresso Bar ​which is th​ ought for coffee experts only ​and​ Kimbo Bio Organic:​ the main expression of excellence and sustainability. In addition there are many tasty products to satisfy all consumer’s needs.

​Kimbo participation to Sigep 2017 will be characterized by three main ​events​: coffee ​ preparation with​ “cuccuma ​unstructured ” cold and hot,​ special cocktails preparation and “Milk Art” Event based on a special lesson ​concerning​ coffee and cappucino’s decoration lead by a ​Kimbo Coffee Specialist.


Kimbo sarà co-sponsor all’ ISM del 2016, la più grande fiera dedicata ai dolci e agli snack.

Il brand italiano non solo metterà a disposizone le sue miscele uniche nelle VIP lounge e in quelle dedicate agli acquirenti, ma sarà presente anche in un coffee- corner all’interno della fiera con un barista professionale. Vi saranno tre macinacaffè che saranno utilizzate per presentare le differenti miscele destinate alla fascia più alta del settore Horeca.
Dato il grande successo degli anni passati, l’edizione del 2016 prevederà l’allestimento da parte dell’ISM di un’area speciale all’interno della Hall 5.2 Stand B-050, dedicata completamente alla degustazione del caffè.

Inoltre ci sarà l’occasione di presentare un’importante novità. Si tratta della creazione del caffè BIO Organic Fairtrade, una miscela completamente sostenibile, primo risultato di un’importante collaborazione tra l’azienda napoletana e Fairtrade, il Consorzio internazionale fondato con l’obiettivo di proteggere i prodotti equosostenibili all’interno della grande distribuzione. La miscela BIO Organic Fairtrade sarà così presentata per la prima volta al mercato internazionale.

HOST 2015

Kimbo will attend the 39th edition of Host, the exhibition of professional hospitality and of welcome that will take place at Fiera Milano (Rho) from 23rd till 27th October, 2015.
On the opening day, the new Kimbo stand of 180 square meters (Hall 24 Stand E35 D28), is going to present Kimbo Bio Organic, the biological and ethical express with double certification: organic and Fairtrade.
On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th, the Kimbo Coffee Specialists of Italy, UK and Japan will performe the art of the perfect preparation of a coffee, after their experience at Kimbo Training Center.
On the final day, the European champion chain Autogrill bartender, Sadet Sahip, will prepare coffee tasty cocktails.


The future of the confectionery world is decided in Cologne and Kimbo wants to be a central figure with a significant presence at ISM 2015. At the trade fair Kimbo will be present with a stand dedicated to bar blends and to Cuccuma.

Kimbo Training Centre helps the company set its excellent standards The centre provides training and facilitates the continuous updating of the company’s sales force including shop managers and brand ambassadors, in order to guarantee in the market not only an excellent product but also an excellent service: a good coffee is the result of the combination of raw material and fine preparatory art.

A Cuccuma espresso and black coffee demonstration, a tasting session of the best bar blends and preparation of Kimbo recipes, cream recipes, and the creation of an exclusive recipe, dedicated to the German market are among the scheduled events. Carmine Capitanio will also be in attendance supporting two bartenders.

Again this year the Sigep engaged is renewed, the world’s most important event in the handmade ice-cream sector, and as primary European showcase of handmade confectionery and coffee. Kimbo stands in line to be one of the central figures on this international stage, dedicated to coffee, with an innovative and appealing pavilion. The offering of a training centre with all courses dedicated to professional bartenders will be part of the programme. Furthermore, the presentation of the complete range of Kimbo products and partners as well as of the offer of the coffee recipes is envisaged. During the fair, Kimbo will be pleased to introduce Carmine Castellano as a spokesperson and barman who will be joined every day by another barman to present a recipe which will be subsequently assessed and included in the Kimbo cookbook.

Kimbo also attended the Milan biannual Tuttofood which this year has become the third European food fair, behind the German Anuga and the French Sial, and before the historic Italian event Cibus.

The fifth edition of Tuttofood (from 3 to 6 May in Rho-Pero) commenced with about three thousand exhibitors (+50% compared to the last edition), on one hundred and eighty thousand square metres gross surface area (+50%), 10 pavilions (6 the last edition) and twenty thousand buyers (two thousand of which were foreign). An outstanding leap for the Milan fair which focused a lot on the development of the agri-food sector and which acted as a launch pad for the first visitors of Expo.

Today Kimbo starts again from its origins and presents its "Neapolitan know-how"at Tuttofood: the art which characterizes it and by virtue of which today it is among the main competitors in the domestic market and it is among the most dynamic players on the international scene.

Three new products were presented: Kimbo Bio Organic for the trade channel, Kimbo Capsula Crema for the Ocs channel and Kimbo Eletto a presentational product for coffee shops and specialized retail. In addition, the home area hosted the Kimbo Cuccuma, the old Neapolitan coffee pot which Kimbo was able to reinterpret to satisfy the tastes of foreign consumers.
